    El desayunó increíble. Delicioso, variado y hecho al momento. El lugar precioso, muy pintoresco, cuidado y dentro del centro. Pwro sin Duda lo mejor fue la atención y predisposición de Lucía y Briken. Super amables y simpáticos, atentos en todo momento a que no nos falte nada.

  • Dei Serafina reception was very easy to find and in walking distance from the train station Lucia and Briken were both very helpful and friendly to me prior to and on arrival. My large apartment was very central in the old town , quiet and with a roof terrace. The apartment was tastefully renovated in an authentic way, beautifully decorated with lovely furnishings and facilities for self catering. I had breakfast on 1 of my mornings, it was served close by in a separate building. The ladies prepared a beautiful spread of salami, cheeses , fruit and homemade cakes, cooked breakfast was also served. Also thanks again to Briken and Lucia for organising a boat trip and their restaurant recommendations.

  • Gentillesse et accueil de l'équipe de l'établissement, grande disponibilité. Un merci particulier à Lucia, très sympathique, toujours prête à faire découvrir la région qu'elle connaît très bien et à partager ses bonnes adresses. Emplacement parfait, en plein coeur de la vieille ville mais calme. Chambre simple mais très agréable, rénovée et décorée avec soin, tout en conservant l'âme des vieilles pierres.

  • Dei Serafini could not have been more charming, nor the staff more lovely. Our room was located right in the centre of the old town, and yet it was a peaceful haven after a busy day exploring pretty Polignano a Mare. The breakfast each morning was exceptional and the staff could not have been more helpful or lovely. We were so sad to leave and can’t wait for our next stay! Grazie mille!

  • Descrivere l’esperienza del soggiorno e Serafini in poche parole sarà sicuramente riduttivo.Entrare dai serafini e’ immergersi nella Puglia più vera: volti di donne al lavoro che con le loro mani e il loro intelletto fanno cose eccellenti. Il punto forte di questa esperienza e’ l’incontro con le storie delle persone che partecipano a questo progetto. La mattina si apre con un brunch tipico delle tavolate pugliesi ricolmo di ogni ben di Dio dal dolce al salato che ha come portata principale il sorriso e gli occhi buoni di due donne di cui è piacevole incontro le storie.Per non parlare dello staff di reception sobrio attento, accudente sin nei più piccoli dettagli E anche qui, spiace ripetersi, allegro di quell’allegria delle persone che amano fare il proprio lavoro. Un esempio di matriarcato illuminato al quale per forza, in una cultura del potere standardizzata, e’ raro imbattersi e quindi ancor più raro rispettare, capire e celebrare.
